The Annual Meeting and Symposium
The ALATA's Annual Meeting is Alabama's largest meeting of the year geared toward the athletic trainer. The meeting draws over 150 of the state's athletic trainers. This three day meeting features the leading authorities in sports medicine presenting a variety of topics of interest for today's athletic trainer. For supplier members, the Annual Meeting is an opportunity to introduce new products, generate new customers, develop relationships and catch up on the latest issues facing the athletic trainers of Alabama. Members receive discounted registration fees.

Scholarship Program
ALATA awards scholarships for the high school student athletic trainer and the undergraduate student athletic trainer. Members are encouraged to apply for the annual scholarships.

ALATA committees are currently being realigned within the structure of SEATA and the NATA. This allows you the opportunity to affect the profession, not only here in Alabama but throughout the southeast and the nation.

The ALATA Membership Directory is a comprehensive publication containing a roster of members, their addresses and business affiliations.
Membership Lists
Supplier members can target their sales efforts by purchasing the association mailing list and/or labels. Other members benefit by receiving catalogs and promotional mailings relevant to the profession.
ALATA Newsletter
ALATA members receive the ALATA News three times a year highlighting national, district and Alabama news, including the Alabama Board of Athletic Trainers'. This newsletter provides you with the latest news and issues facing the profession, especially within the state.
